Digital Factory, also referred to as Industry 4.0, is a capability that includes data generation, collection, aggregation, visualization, and analytics. With Industry 4.0 Driven by IoT & Virtualization (Gaming Industry), we develop an operations environment which led us know many details on our processes.
Digital Marketing Automation includes software platforms and technologies used by marketing professionals for marketing on different channels and automating repetitive tasks. We provide digital marketing tools to our colleagues to boost effectiveness, have better ROI, automate tasks to create time for creativity.
Sales Information System refers to software platforms for data and processes tracking of sales and distribution. We improve these platforms to create a central management system that contains selling the products and services, taking orders, contacting customers, and providing customer supports.
Purpose of the Employee Experience project is to help Unilever employees feel accountable, purposeful, and empowered to go about their roles and deliver business growth. The way we do this is to supply technological solutions by analyzing their real needs across all functions.
We are a collective community that discovers and experiences new technologies and generates innovative ideas. We established the DEEP Technology room to experience technologies, generate exciting new ideas, and enable individuals to learn and collaborate with each other. We created an indoor navigation app for visually impaired individuals visiting U-House Turkey, for making them much comfortable and free like in their homes called NavU. Deep is made up of individuals with a wide variety of experiences and perspectives, and we believe this diversity is what makes our community strong. That's why this space is designed to be accessible to everyone.
Since shopping behaviors change swiftly, we follow our consumers, and customers to place ourselves where they feel happy. As the IT team, we provide software solutions to our digital teams for having a better analysis of our consumers and customers.

Since Unilever IT Teams run the management of digital projects, there is no need for coding expertise.
ITopia will be held online on Zoom.
Itopia is open for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and master students who feel passionate, digital-minded, and corious themselves from all universities.
Itopia will be a 2-day event. Every applicant can attend the 1st day. Participants for the 2nd day will be selected based on their answers to the application form.
